Milano Contract District

Born in 2016 from an idea by Lorenzo Pascucci, Milano Contract District evolves and becomes Contract District Group, bringing together under a single business model and marketplace the two Milanese design platforms – Milano Contract District and Livinwow – as well as the recently opened Roman laboratory called Design Contract District. To complete everything, there is a solid internal logistics structure and a team of over 80 professionals in project management, design, and client management.

Milano Contract District, through its 1,700 square meter concept showroom, aims to integrate the furnishing and fit-out process with the construction process under a single management, bringing together the best home design brands to offer real estate operators, architects, and interior designers an exclusive “turnkey” service package. Among the numerous awards it has received, it won the Lombardy Excellence Award in 2016 and Honorable Mention at the ADI Compasso d’Oro 2018.

In 2022, Forbes Italy included Lorenzo Pascucci, founder of Milano Contract District in 2016, in its prestigious annual Top 100 Manager ranking in recognition of the innovative spirit and attention to sustainability that guide the company towards the new challenges of the future.

Livinwow is a physical and virtual space dedicated to the world of interior design for Build to Rent and Build to Sell projects, founded to meet the housing needs of new metropolitan generations. Design Contract District, in the heart of Rome, was created as a starting point to expand the Milanese group’s range of products and services to real estate developers in the capital.
