Schiffini, the iconic Italian kitchen brand, boasts an illustrious history rich in successes and innovations which, throughout the years, have contributed to elevate Italian craftsmanship towards new heights and transformed the brand into a pioneering protagonist of Made in Italy design.
Schiffini’s cultural background is rooted in Ligurian tradition and culture, as the historic brand began its journey as a small business for naval furnishings. Later on, along with the first stirrings of industrial design in the 1960s, it began to widen its horizons by adventuring in the production of modular kitchens.
Modularity has always been the fundamental characteristic in their kitchen models, becoming a perfect combination between form and function, attention to detail and unparalleled iconicity.
While maintaining and cherishing the bond with its homeland, Schiffini chose to not be restrained by tradition and has always been able to count on several collaborations with designers from all over the world, who have contributed to bring the brand under the spotlight of the global design market. The most important one is the collaboration with renown designer Vico Magistretti, undisputed Master of Italian design and symbol of innovation and stylistic inspiration, whose guide has brought to the creation of revolutionary kitchen models such as Cinqueterre, Solaro and Cina.
After the firm was bought by SCIC in 2023, Schiffini has kept growing and now revives its image with a new, dynamic and modern look, capable of setting new trends and keeping up with a constantly evolving market, thanks to the new creative direction led by Toan Nguyen.
